Join Farmacy Outdoors for an exhilarating intermediate to advanced ,steep undulating walk on a trail boasting lookouts, big tree forests, streams, and volcanic plugs waiting to be conquered. Our hike finishes complete with a gourmet lunch, offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Engage in insightful discussions on wellness and health topics, whilst honing your map and compass navigation skills. [Maps provided and compass on loan if desired, previous attendance on one of our Navigation days recommended if unfamiliar with navigation and mapping ] Unleash your inner explorer with Farmacy Outdoors - where nature and wellness collide. This is a steep Grade 4 walk of 12km , with a 200metre rock scramble up a volcanic plug for the most amazing views if you want the challenge but you don't have to partake in the rock scramble and can sit it out.[Also this is weather permitting] We need to carry whatever weight packs you desire with 2 litres of water , raincoat, warm jacket and good shoes,this is excellent training for those future hikes or just a magical day out in nature in volcanic country. Start time expected to be around 9am finishing around 2pm - This is start time from Starrs Creek, transport can be arranged from Rainbow Flat but will be 1 hour earlier and later viz 8am to 3pm.
